Orientation to Ontario

What is O2O?

Settlement facilitators offer workshops on Orientation to Ontario providing information about settling in Ontario and connecting newcomers to community services shortly after arrival. Newcomers can identify key settlement activities, locate immigrant-serving agencies, design their settlement plans and access online interactive resources.

In addition, participants will achieve skills in using the O2O Workbook, obtaining answers to some of their immediate questions and learning how to obtain answers to other questions, and identifying their next steps in the settlement process.
